History
Raymond Schummer, our CEO, and Founder began construction in November 1982 with four key employees, an old backhoe loader, and a lot of perseverance and hard work. In the company's first year, Schummer Inc built four pumping stations and a water system for Southern Middle School. Since then, Schummer Inc. has done over 700 major projects and countless others around the states of Maryland and Delaware.
